All our jewelry is made from genuine leather. We do not use faux or reconstituted leather, ensuring quality and durability.

Our jewelry is entirely handcrafted in small batches in our workshop based in La Rochelle. Each piece is unique and may show slight variations, which are part of the charm of craftsmanship.

To preserve your jewelry for as long as possible, we recommend:

• Gently rubbing it with a dry cloth after each wear
• Applying a leather conditioner (such as beeswax or an odorless cream) every 1 to 2 months
• Storing it away from direct light and moisture

Leather can withstand slight exposure to perspiration, but it is not waterproof. Regular contact with water can alter its color and structure over time. We recommend removing your jewelry before any intensive sports activity.

As a precautionary measure, we advise against wearing your leather jewelry in the shower, at the pool, or at the beach. Saltwater, chlorine, and prolonged exposure to moisture damage leather and can shorten the lifespan of your piece.

With regular care, a quality leather piece can last you for many years. Leather is a living material that develops a patina over time and often gains character.

Generously apply a leather nourishing cream and leave it to penetrate for a few hours. If the cracks are superficial, the leather may regain its suppleness. In the event of significant damage, do not hesitate to contact us; we can advise you or examine the item.

At the moment, we do not offer online personalization (engraving initials, a first name, a date or a short message) on our creations.

However, you can design your earrings to suit your preferences by choosing the color, shape and type of fastening when placing your order.

Order processing may take up to 3 business days. Once the order has shipped:

• Mainland France: 2 to 4 business days
• French overseas territories: 5 to 12 days
• Europe: 4 to 5 business days 
• International: delivery is currently not available through the website, but can be arranged by contacting us directly by email

Yes, delivery is free in mainland France and the French overseas departments and territories on orders of €70 or more. For orders below this amount, shipping costs are €3.90 in France and the French overseas departments and territories and €7.90 in Europe.

Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the observed defect. Depending on the circumstances, we will offer you a replacement, repair, or full refund, free of charge.

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalties.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw within this 14-day period by email at contact@gabyose.fr. You then have an additional 14 days from this notification to return the item to us.

The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unused and, if possible, in its original packaging.

The following are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

Return costs are at your expense.

Refund
Once your withdrawal has been received, we will refund the full amount paid, including the initial delivery costs (except for any additional costs related to the choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered), within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the returned item or proof of its shipment, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase, unless you expressly agree to another method, at no additional cost to you.
